Debbie Clark is a veteran teacher in the Hall County School District in Gainesville, Georgia, with forty-plus years in the classroom. Ms. Clark is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BS Ed, MEd) in Athens, Georgia, and Lincoln Memorial University (EdS) in Harrogate, Tennessee. She is a former Hall County School District Teacher of the Year (2003), an Atlanta Braves Most Valuable Teacher (2017), a recipient of the University of Georgia’s Crystal Apple Award (2010), and most recently, a Top Twenty National Semi-Finalist for the 2022 National Teachers Hall of Fame. She enjoys reading, teaching, and attending sports events. She is all things Braves, and you’ll most likely catch her in the stands, cheering her team on! She resides in Gainesville, Georgia.
